Highway/Heavy Civil Construction
GSC Surveying, Inc. partners with clients to deliver the best service possible. Our accurate stakeouts ensure contractors and subcontractors can complete their part of the project with minimal questions. GSC employees are trained to visualize the plans in the field and make educated decisions on stakeout. Adjustments to design are common, to match changing (or differing) field conditions. Our team is trained to work with everyone involved and make decisions to ensure the project continues to move forward with minimal delays. Machine Control Group
GSC Surveying, Inc. has over 30 years experience in Construction Surveying for Heavy Civil, Highway, and Commercial sites along with 20+ years of CAD experience. Combining this expertise ensures GSC Surveying, Inc. is providing its clientele with accurate machine control files to further increase the production on a project. Our crews can provide optimized Localized Control for any size project. Having surveyors experienced in setting control points and localizing/calibrating GNSS systems—your project will start on the correct plane. Our 3D-modeling group applies its field knowledge to create a model that gets the project built from existing ground to finished design.
UAS/Scanning Group
GSC Surveying, Inc. prides itself on using the latest technologies. Unmanned Aerial Systems are the most impressive technology we have used to date. An enormous amount of data can be collected in a short period of time and this method is much more efficient than conventional surveying methods. Our staff has two FAA Licensed 107 pilots, one also being a Professional Land Surveyor. Each of our pilots have multiple years experience in flying and collecting data to assist our clients in design and construction. Collecting data from a birds-eye view gives you a different perspective, along with a three-dimensional photograph to document your engineering or construction needs.
